The White Barn : Steep : Planning Approval Granted!

BESPRAK is delighted to have secured full planning approval for our builder client for the conversion of a derelict barn in Steep, Hampshire in to a two-bedroom home. BESPRAK obtained planning permission for the other side in 2015....

Spindles : East Harting : Appeal Decision Granted!

BESPRAK is absolutely delighted that we have won our battle at appeal with South Downs National Park Planning Authority for the approval of a large replacement dwelling in East Harting, West Sussex.

It’s taken two and a half years in the planning system and an appeal hearing 3 weeks ago to get us to this point….!

A superb result with the all professional team and clients working extremely hard together.

BESPRAK has put together a couple of design schemes for our single-storey rear extension and internal alterations to a detached dwelling in Hamble-le-Rice. Our client has gone with scheme 1 (with a few alterations), which is another modern scheme chalked up!

New Appointment : Croydon, Surrey

BESPRAK is delighted to have been appointed to extend a large semi-detached 1930's house in Croydon, Surrey to provide accommodation for our client's mother. This is our second annex extension in less than 12 months! This site is far more restrained than our previous project in Hampshire.... but we'll make this one work just as well! :)

New Appointment : Hamble-le-rice, Southampton

BESPRAK is delighted to have been appointed to carry out works to a large, detached property in Hamble-Le-Rice, Southampton. Our client is looking to make extensions and alterations to a large, modern, detached house. The existing footprint is already impressive but it's a tad dated against modern standards. Being located in a private cul-de-sac there is huge potential to have some fun with a few proposals and with that something modern and a bit contemporary too!

Southampton : Two schemes put forward

BESPRAK is delighted to have put forward a couple of schemes for consideration for our project in Southampton. The existing layout uses an old conservatory which is structurally sound however has a start-issue plastic roof. By replacing this roof with a traditional form of construction frees up the space to be used in a more coherent way. 

See the designs below. It just goes to prove you don't have to live in a big house to maximise on the potential space available!
